PKR TV

I don't know if you've ever played PKR online poker, but if you have there's a chance that you could be featured in one of their videos.

PKR has these lifelike 3D avatars that you can play with, and there are soooooo cool. I myself, have to play the free version, since US players aren’t accepted, but I did customize my avatar. When you initially sign up, you can design your character, much like you would in a video game, with different hair styles, clothing, accents and accessories. But what’s more is that when you’re playing, you can customize your “chip tricks,” and the more you play and more points that you earn, you can get cooler tricks while you’re at the table.
Everything is so lifelike.. Unless you remove the options, your avatar must physically pick up the cards to view them, so a lot of times you can read peoples’ tells based on their character. It’s probably the closest thing that you will get to live poker when playing in an online poker room. I’m a big fan.
Now when you’re playing at the table, you can use emoticons like any other website, except that your character actually vocalizes them.. so you can taunt players, boo them, applaud them, cry, laugh, etc.
So now that you’re playing at some tables with your avatar, if you happen to be at a table that showcases exceptional players, they will record you playing, and later upload them as a video stream.
PKR just launched PKR.tv, where you can review past episodes in a full archive, which is neat because it’s like watching ESPN, only with players that you may be used to. And what I find most handy is that you can review these episodes and pay attention to certain players’ strategy. So it helps you get a better idea of what you’re doing at the table.
