As some of you know, we're 22 days away from the World Series of Poker. I believe this is the second year that various poker sites like pokerstars, pokerworld and fulltilt have sent their top players to participate. I would LOVE to go and play; who wants to donate ten grand to me?
In all honesty, though, if I have to root for someone other than me, it'd have to be Chris Ferguson. There couldn't be a better example of the expression, "a chip and a chair." Gives hope to all us little guys that perhaps we could make our fortunes on poker too! And it doesn't hurt that he goes by Jesus. If you're going to put money on anyone, always go for the guy who looks like our Lord and Savior, ey?
