Karma

I never gave karma any thought until I started playing poker.

Some advice: Don't call all of the other players all-in just because you have the chip lead. Once you get cocky in the poker rooms, every player will have a better hand than you. It's the poker gods' way of saying "Don't be a jerk."

The Ten Commandments of On-line Poker:

  1. Don't FORCE yourself to play.
  2. Lesser opponents CAN make you lose
  3. Choose the right game
  4. Control your emotions!
  5. Focus on your opponent as much as yourself
  6. Be prepared! Learn to spot possible hands for your opponents.
  7. Concentrate!
  8. Be daring and aggressive!
  9. Don't exhaust yourself; learn when to sit out.
  10. Find the golden middle for betting.
