You wanna know who I like and hate at the same time? Barack Obama. Seriously this guy is such a typical, red blooded, American bullshitter it’s amazing. The only “change” that I’ll be expecting will be the color of the politician, not the practices. I for one can’t understand how a man who is a fan of poker, plays himself, who has played for years, yet he would over and over again oppose bills that would allow for straight up legalized and taxed online poker rooms. Looks to me as it’s the same old do as I say not as I do politics. George Bush supports the war on drugs yet used to love cocaine. Elliot Spitzer spent part of his career fighting prostitution then gets busted in a long term relationship with a hooker. John F Kennedy shows America what a family man he is to get the presidency, then starts banging Marilyn Monroe (not that I blame him for one second).

Business as usual that’s all it is. Doesn’t matter what color you are or where you come from, politics is politics and as men like Ted Kennedy will never change and always be an alcoholic, politicians will always snake talk their way out of things and never get what’s coming to em.

But I want a different world. One where people elected for the people by the people would tell the damn people what is really going on in this world. Don’t turn down online poker because the children may somehow get hurt! That’s just stupid plain and simple, and by saying such stupid ass things it’s like you’re calling all of America stupid because you think that we’re buying it. Well we’re not damn it at least some of us. I’m sure out there somewhere there may still be some defensive soccer mom sitting in her living room holding her kids thinking the evil poker monster is gonna come and try to break up her sickening nuclear family. Or maybe she’s nervous a plane hijacked by some brown person from an odd country will be crashing through her roof at any moment. Give me a break!
