Aggressive Heads-Up Opponents and How to Deal.

Let's discuss your basic heads-up strategy in on-line poker. 90% of the time when you're playing one on one, you're going to get an aggressive opponent.

An aggressive player is not just one who calls every bet, but the guy who raises and re-raises almost every hand. This can be frustrating if you're getting less than fantastic hands, so it's important to keep a level head. The best thing you can do for yourself is accept when you need to fold. In fact, fold tons of hands. The idea is to tire him out; endurance is key. I can't tell you the amount of games I've lost because I got sick of playing, and vise versa. All you need is one great hand. Raise, re-raise, and call him all-in when he's past the point of no return.
